Ealing Trailfinders offers a variety of sports camps designed to inspire, challenge, and engage young athletes of all abilities. From rugby and girls’ rugby to football, netball, multisport, and even specialised rugby masterclasses, our camps provide a fantastic mix of fun and skill development in a safe and friendly environment.

Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Camps
Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Camps offer an exceptional experience for young rugby players of all abilities. Open to both boys and girls, our camps are designed to develop core skills, tactical understanding, and a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment.
For those looking to take their rugby journey even further, we also offer specialised Rugby Masterclass Sessions led by our professional Ealing Trailfinders players. These sessions provide unique insights into elite-level rugby, helping young players refine their technique and gain valuable tips from the very best in the game.

What does a typical day on our camps look like?
- 10:00 am: Welcome and registration – Meet the coaches and sign in your child.
- 10:10 am – 10:40 am: Warm up – Fun games and activate.
- 10:40 am – 11:35 am: Session 1 – Attacking themed – catch & pass, decision making, and evasion skills.
- 11:35 am – 11:40 am: Break – Hydrate and restroom.
- 11:40 am – 12:05 pm: Session 2 – Attacking games, building off skills session.
- 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch
- 1:00 pm – 1:35 pm: Coaches challenge
- 1:55 pm – 2:15 pm: Session 3 – Defensive themed – tackle and breakdown skills.
- 2:15 pm – 2:25 pm: Break– Hydrate and restroom.
- 2:25 pm – 2:50 pm: Game play and matches – Showcase the skills learnt from the day.
- 2:50pm-3:00pm: Day debrief and depart – Collect your child from the reception area.
What do you need to bring with you?
Please ensure you have a water bottle, personal lunch, the correct footwear and clothing for the days weather (this might include a warm jacket, waterproofs, hats and gloves)
All players doing contact will need a gum shield.
We will have an indoor space, incase of adverse weather conditions. We cannot guarantee this will involve playing rugby but will develop their core skills (Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength) through a series of fun games and challenges.

What does a typical day on our camps look like?

- 11am-12pm Theme focused training – Attacking, creating space and opportunities to score).
- 12:00pm-12:45pm: Lunch
- 12:45pm-1:00pm: Coaches challenge
- 1:00pm-2:00pm: Theme focused training – Attacking, ball striking and finishing opportunities).
- 2:00pm-2:50pm: Game play and conditioned matches – Showcase the skills learnt from the day.
- 2:50pm-3:00pm: Day debrief and depart – Collect your child from the reception area.
What do you need to bring with you?

Trailfinders Sports Club is a 4G pitch, so football boots are recommended – no blades allowed.
