Our Mixed Ability Rugby sessions focus on rugby-themed games and activities rather than competitive matches. These sessions are all about having fun, learning new skills, and staying connected with the community.
When and Where?
Mixed Ability Rugby takes place alongside our popular Walking Rugby every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at our Trailfinders Sports Club.

This programme is open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. Whether you have a disability or not, you’re welcome to take part and enjoy the camaraderie of rugby.
