Governance
The Ealing Trailfinders Foundation is a registered charity (CIO number 1191177) governed by a voluntary board of trustees. We take our responsibilities seriously, and the policies below set out the standards we hold ourselves to across everything we deliver. Each policy is reviewed annually by the board.
Safeguarding
The safety and welfare of children and vulnerable adults comes before everything else we do. Our safeguarding policy sets out how we recruit, vet and train our staff and volunteers, how we run sessions safely, and what happens if a concern is raised. All our coaches hold enhanced DBS checks.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Sport is for everyone, and our programmes are designed to reflect the communities we serve across Ealing and west London. This policy sets out our commitment to removing barriers to participation and making sure every player, volunteer and member of staff is treated fairly and with respect.
Health and Safety
From holiday camps to walking rugby, we run sessions for hundreds of people every week. Our health and safety policy covers how we assess risk, maintain safe environments, respond to accidents and keep first aid provision in place across all our venues and activities.
Raising a safeguarding concern
If you have a concern about the welfare of a child or vulnerable adult involved in any of our activities, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead at foundation@etprm.com or on 07599 712431. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
How we’re run
