The Trailfinders Lift Off Program is here to empower adults in the Ealing Community to build healthier and more active lives through accessible, guided fitness sessions, and wellness education, to inspire confidence and lasting change. This program is for adults who are new to fitness and exercise, nutrition, and general wellness. We hope to help you develop goals and habits that work for your lifestyle.
What to Expect
This 12 week program will consist of an exercise component and a classroom session one day per week on Wednesday evenings, based out of the Trailfinders Sports Club. We will tailor to your individual needs and starting point, aiming to improve your baseline fitness and learn tools which can be adapted to fit your lifestyle. Each major muscle group will be targeted at least once weekly. The workouts are structured with time to practice the movement, followed by structured rest.
Each session will be challenging and fun. Here’s a chance to be part of something in the community and develop habits to unlock your full potential. It is perfect to repeat several times to increase familiarity and build the base to grow.
